My experience with Otto was very good. Since we were selling my dad’s house as he went into assisted living, Otto not only communicated with me but all of my siblings. I was his main contact but he emailed everyone to keep them up to date. He was very good at responding to their questions as well. I was very pleased with Otto’s knowledge and the speed of the sale. We listed the house a little higher than the initial price range, but actually accepted an offer right where Otto felt the house would sell.
